The personal project of My Grandparent's Old Postcards was to enable posting of scanned postcards to a blog. Wordpress was chosen for the solution as the popular blog engine is more than capable of delivering the requirements.

A gallery module was installed, along with anti-spam measures and then the template was designed to reflect the content being posted.

Finally, the posting order was reset to order on the front page by id rather than date, as in this case, date ordering was not desired.
